Who we are
Risk Ninja is a product of Forge Verity LLC ("Risk Ninja," "we," "us"). This policy covers theriskninja.com and risk.avery.cloud (our marketing sites) and the Risk Ninja application.
Information we collect
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the information you submit: name, work email, company, phone number (if provided), agency size, and any message you include. We also collect standard web analytics (pages visited, referring site) and, if you arrive from a tracked link, attribution data tied to that visit.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct demos, and send you information about Risk Ninja. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Customer data in the application
If you become a Risk Ninja customer, documents and data you upload to the application are used solely to provide the service to your agency. Your data is not used to train models for other customers, and is isolated from other agencies' data.
Data retention
Demo-request information is retained as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, as part of your account relationship. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
Cookies
This site uses two kinds of cookies:
- Essential cookies. Used to remember your cookie choice itself and to keep the site functioning correctly. These are not optional and don't require consent.
- Analytics and attribution cookies. Used for basic analytics and, where applicable, to attribute a demo request to the page or source that generated it. These only load after you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
